PINEAL VISION
Stereoscopic visual exercises designed to stimulate the pineal gland and expand consciousness.
START TRAINING
Training Modules
Structured levels that build stereoscopic vision—from foundation to advanced integration.
Practice with Static Images
Perfect your stereoscopic viewing technique with static images before moving to video training.
Position Yourself
Sit comfortably about 12-18 inches from your screen. Ensure the image is at eye level.
Relax Your Eyes
Cross your eyes slightly or look "through" the screen as if focusing on something behind it. Don't force it.
Find the Third Image
You should see 3 images appear. Focus on the middle one - it will appear in 3D with depth.
Hold the Focus
Maintain this relaxed state. With practice, you'll be able to hold the 3D view for longer periods.
Pro Tip: If you're having trouble, try slowly moving your head closer to or further from the screen while maintaining a relaxed gaze.
Learn cross-view stereoscopy with simple patterns before advancing to motion
No time pressure - take as long as you need to perfect each image
Develop the skills needed for effective video-based pineal activation
How It Works
A simple process that creates profound results through consistent practice.
Relax Your Gaze
Find a comfortable position and soften your focus. The exercises work best when you're relaxed and receptive.
Cross or Diverge
Follow the on-screen guides to cross your eyes inward or diverge them outward until the hidden image appears.
Hold the Vision
Once you see the 3D image, hold your focus. This sustained attention activates and strengthens the pineal region.
Progress Gradually
Complete each module before advancing. Consistent practice leads to lasting neurological changes.
